We would like you to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. You can always make an appointment to speak to our Practice Manager or her deputy with specific administrative matters you would like to discuss.
Or you could become part of our Patient Participation Group.
We aim to gather as many patients as possible from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative group.
If you wish to contact Sudbury Surgery Patient Participation Group directly, please email: ssppg@northwich-park.co.uk. If you wish, they will add you to an email list to receive news about the practice, and not your interest to join the core group when we next hold elections.
